Embrace
A poisoned world is slowly dying,
Finding a place to go is what I’m trying
You made me realise the cure is your care,
Cause your angel wings will take us there
The world is waiting for a change
Your embrace leaves me without worry
We don’t need saints or saviours,
Cause your angel wings will make us dare
Try ignoring the people just standing by,
For they will realise they’re living a lie
Words can’t express the reach of wings,
So open them and show us how to fly
Your softness will spread like wildfire,
Making an honest man out of every liar
Change is worth waiting for,
Cause your angel wings will make us care
